Dear Prospective Supplier,

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their Proposals for the provision of Christchurch Civic Offices Lighting Refurbishment (Design and Supply). This RFP is for the supply of new LED lighting modules to integrate into the existing T5 linear fluorescent based suspended extrusion within the Christchurch Civic Offices for the Christchurch City Council.

The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers of the Goods and Services about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Goods and Services. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Supplier to provide the Goods and Services.
