Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interests (EOIs) from suitably qualified suppliers (Prospective Suppliers) who are interested in providing CCTV, intrusion and access control systems services to the Council as described in Section B of this EOI.
The Council will only consider Prospective Supplier EOI responses that address:
a. all three systems’ requirements; or
b. only CCTV system requirements; or
c. only intrusion and access control systems’ requirements.
The purpose of this EOI is for Prospective Suppliers:
• to propose to the Council what solutions are available that meet the high level requirements described in Section B of this EOI;
• to provide to the Council information on any transition considerations associated with each proposed solution; and
• to demonstrate their capability in providing the services as described in Section B of this EOI for each proposed solution.
Prospective Suppliers’ EOI responses will be used to inform Council’s decision to proceed with a more detailed assessment of Prospective Suppliers’ capabilities and the suitability of proposed solutions.
