Council are seeking a Main Contractor to undertake all physical works associated with this project post removal of existing trees.

This encompasses:

1. Construction of the Kitchen/Laundry/BBQ building.
2. Construction of the Toilet/Shower building.
3. All associated landscaping.
4. Provision of all services as required for the respective buildings.
5. Attainment of Code of Compliance and provision of O & M Manuals as required
