The Christchurch City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified contractors who are interested in delivering construction services for the earthquake repair and strengthening of Risingholme Hall. The building has sustained damage due to the Canterbury earthquakes and requires strengthening to bring it up to current code. The building consists of a single story double height theatre style hall, with a foyer, toilet, kitchen and changing facilities.

The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and shortlist suitable prospective suppliers acting as main contractors who will then be asked to provide commercial proposals under an RFT process.
