Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified suppliers who are interested in making an offer for the supply of construction services.

The new Bishopdale Library & Community Facility is to be reconstructed on the site of Bishopdale Creche (which will be demolished) at 13 Bishopdale Court. This site is directly adjacent to the old Bishopdale Library. The disposal of the old facility will be handled under a separate process. The building is intended to be approximately 800m2 over a single storey.
