Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably prospective suppliers able to supply, install and service a suitable Tenancy Management System for its Community Housing Provider (Trust NGO) to utlise, able to support social housing tenants numbering 2000+.
The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and create a short list of suitable prospective system suppliers where Council or its agent may seek to trail / test these shortlisted systems. The final decision for any potential procurement of any system is likely to be made by the Housing Trust. As a guideline, Section B contains a summary User Needs spreadsheet. EOI Respondents are asked to complete adjacent columns within the spreadsheet to determine respondent system functionality.
