Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified contractors (Respondents) who are interested in delivering a detailed design and works for the mitigation of geotechnical hazards in Sumner Road Zone3B to the Council.

The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and shortlist Respondents with the required experience and capability to complete the design, and to subsequently complete the detailed design phase and construct the remediation works. The EOI process involves a quality attribute evaluation methodology. EOI submissions should clearly demonstrate the Respondent's proven abilities in relation to the key aspects of the Contract Works. It is anticipated that shortlisted Respondents will then be asked to provide commercial proposals under a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
