Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably prospective suppliers to undertake the EQ repair and strengthening of two properties.
Property No 1
EOI 14/15-282 for Repair & Strengthening of the of the Old Stone House Cracroft Heritage property. The building has sustained damage due to the Canterbury earthquakes and requires strengthening to bring it up to current code. The building consists of a two level structure with mezzanine housing a multipurpose hall, foyer, meeting rooms, kitchen and associates offices and stores.
Property No 2
EOI 14/15-283 for Repair & Strengthening of the Rose Chapel, 866 Colombo Street Christchurch, heritage property. The building has sustained damage due to the Canterbury earthquakes and requires strengthening to bring it up to current code. The building consists of a two level structure with mezzanine housing a multipurpose hall, foyer, meeting rooms, kitchen and associates offices and stores.
