The Commerce Commission requires a solution that will support all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model without requiring it to provide case workflow management or evidence registry.
The outcome of this process will be to procure a tool that supports the Commission’s legislated responsibilities to investigate and litigate matters related to potential breaches of the relevant legislation the Commission enforces e.g. Commerce Act 1986.
