Overview
1. The Commerce Commission (Commission) intends to set up a Panel of Suppliers (PoS) to improve efficiency of our procurement of external economic services that may be required in the next 12 months, to facilitate our regulation of key markets.
2. Such economic services may involve short discrete pieces of work, specific topics, or assisting Commission project teams with ongoing projects.
3. This request for proposal (RFP) invites proposals from suitably qualified economic advisors who wish to be included on the PoS.
