Overview

Carteron District Counci Tenderers are invited to submit a proposal for the Wairarapa Event
Center – Solar Pannel Project in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).

A company with extensive experience in solar panel installation, supported by key
personnel who have successfully delivered similar. We value firms with a strong track
record for both roof and ground-based solar panel installation, particularly those with
proven experience in the Wairarapa region and projects of a similar scale.
Positive referee feedback on the company, Construction Manager, and Construction
Supervisor, is also essential. Installation methodologies, quality assurance and risk
management, and a detailed construction programme are also important to the
Buyer.
We will value companies that actively support the Wairarapa community through
subcontracting, employment, training opportunities, and contributions to local charities,
schools, clubs, and community initiatives.
