Overview

Tenders are invited to submit a proposal for the Carrington Park Upgrade SP1A – Play Space.
The Buyer is seeking to engage an experienced firm with a proven track record of delivering exceptional workmanship and strong value for money in playground upgrades and play space installations.
A company with extensive experience in park and playground upgrades, supported by key personnel who have successfully delivered similar projects and are familiar with the specified products. We value firms with a strong track record in play space upgrades and installations, particularly those with proven experience in the Wairarapa region and projects of a similar scale. Positive referee feedback on the company, Construction Manager, and Construction Supervisor is also essential. Installation methodologies, quality assurance and risk management, and a detailed construction programme are also important to the Buyer. We will value companies that actively support the Wairarapa community through subcontracting, employment, training opportunities, and contributions to local charities, schools, clubs, and community initiatives.
