The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA) is seeking proposals from experienced ServiceNow implementation partners to deliver a dedicated ServiceNow ITSM Advanced instance and provide ongoing support services.

The engagement includes a phased implementation approach, with Phase 1 focused on ensuring continuity of critical IT service management capabilities before the current platform reaches end of support in September 2026. Suppliers should demonstrate proven ServiceNow implementation experience, relevant certifications, the ability to meet the required implementation timeframe, and a strong partnership approach to ongoing support and platform improvement
