Overview

The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA) is seeking proposals from experienced uniform suppliers to establish a long term, nationwide uniform supply contract for Aviation Security Services and designated corporate roles.
The contract will cover end to end services including approved ready to wear garments (including Class 2 and 3 PPE), branding customisation, inclusive sizing and fitting services, warehousing, stockholding, nationwide distribution, secure online ordering, returns and lifecycle management.

Uniforms are worn daily in high visibility airport environments and must support a professional, consistent public presence.

We are looking for suppliers with proven capability to deliver reliable supply, strong user experience, transparent whole of life pricing, ethical sourcing, sustainability initiatives and economic benefits to New Zealand.

This is a long term opportunity (anticipated 3+3 years, commencing approximately August/September 2026) supporting frontline aviation operations nationwide.
Interested suppliers should download the full RFP and supporting documents via GETS.
All communications must be submitted through GETS.

Please email Procurement@CAA.govt.nz to register your interest in attending the Supplier Q&A presentation on the 12th May 2pm
