Overview
The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand is completing a competitive procurement process for the provision of up to 30 Computed Tomography Explosive Detection Systems for Holdstow Baggage (CT-EDSHB) ECAC Standard 3 certified machines, with an option to procure additional equipment if required.
These machines are to be at minimum ECAC Standard 3 and/or TSA compliant. We will also require a supporting maintenance and support agreement for these machines.
It is intended that a contract will be awarded in June 2026 with the intent that equipment is available to be installed in the nominated airports from June 2027."
