This RFP is a closed competitive secondary selection process, for four shortlisted Suppliers from the All of Government Consultancy Panel.

Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) assurance activities are delivered through several pathways, including external audit.
While CAA maintains an internal audit function, external auditors provide additional value by bringing broad experience across industries and organisations, offering insights into best practices and emerging risks.

We are seeking the appointment of an external audit provider for three (3) years (2+1) to deliver the following services over the duration of the contract:
• engagement and collaboration with our Quality and Assurance Oversight team to identify the scope, methodology, documentation, staff and timeframes of each external audit
• terms of reference for each external audit, outlining the roles, responsbilities, scope and price approved for engagement
• provide external audit services, delivering independent and objective evaluations of CAA’s corporate and regulatory functions
• prepare summary reports with recommendations, highlighting non-compliance or non-conformance issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
