Welcome to the closed RFP, phase 2 of a two-stage procurement.
Through the ROI step we have evaluated all suppliers on their organisational capability, technical fit, protection standards and benefits to NZ, and all have met a threshold to be invited to submit a proposal at this next stage.
While all elements of an organisations offering will be considered and maybe re-evaluated through this next phase the focus will be on these elements:
1. Service offering, its fit, flexibility, robustness, scale and performance parameters. Offering needs to demonstrate ability to adapt to modern, progressive and effective practices for MDR.
2. Cost of service and value to the BSI of the service.
3. Ability to partner and work with us through significant change and disruption and help to keep the organisation and its information protected and our services operational.
We are seeking a partner who can work with us and adapt with us over the next 12 to 18 months as we consolidate our infrastructure and platforms moving from 4 independent organisations to a single organisation. Aligned to these changes we will want to move our existing SOC / SIEM services from existing providers to our contracted provider.
