The Bay of Plenty Regional Council Toi Moana procures a range of science services from external providers to support its planning and monitoring responsibilities under the Resource Management Act (1991). These science services generally relate to describing, quantifying and understanding natural resources (including but not limited to air, land, water and biota), and the factors that impact upon natural resources.
We are seeking a solution that enables the efficient and agile procurement of quality science services.
