There are approximately 3000 non-compliant SFBs remaining in Rotorua. Owners have the opportunity to use the Hot Swap Scheme to replace them. Council is seeking a pool of service providers who can supply and install: heat pumps; wood burners; ultra-low emission burners; flued gas fires; infrared heaters; pellet fires; and heat transfer systems for the Scheme.
