Bay of Plenty District Health Board (“BOPDHB”) is a Crown entity established under the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000. BOPDHB is responsible for the planning, funding and provision of health services within the Western and Eastern Bay of Plenty.

Its operational arm manages two hospitals in the Bay of Plenty, namely Tauranga and Whakatane Hospital and medical centres in Opotiki and Te Puke. The Board also has offices in Tauranga, Rotorua and Whakatane townships.

The purpose of this document is to invite Tenders for the provision of a Record Management and Off Site Storage Services from experienced and qualified parties.

The preferred vendor will need to:

 Provide a total solution for Record Management and Off Site Storage Services.
 Provide coverage and support opportunities in the Region covered by the Bay of Plenty DHB;
 Provide a prompt, efficient, flexible service
 Provide a cost effective service
