Auckland Council is progressing the Kelston to New Lynn Cycling and Walking Connections project to improve safe, accessible and connected travel choices between Kelston and New Lynn. The wider project is being delivered in stages, and this procurement relates to Stages 2–4. These stages will extend and complete key sections of the route, improve connections to surrounding streets and destinations, and support safer walking and cycling outcomes for the community.

Auckland Council is seeking a lead professional services supplier to deliver the multidisciplinary services required for Stages 2–4. The anticipated scope includes detailed design delivery.

The supplier will be expected to coordinate all required disciplines, manage interfaces across the three stages and provide a practical, coordinated and buildable design. The final scope, staging and deliverables will be confirmed in the Request for Proposals.
