Overview

Auckland Transport is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply and install station bridge canopies and throwscreens across three live rail stations within the Auckland rail network. The project forms part of Auckland Transport’s ongoing programme to improve passenger safety, accessibility, customer experience, and weather protection at key public transport facilities.
The works will be undertaken within operational rail environments and include the manufacture, delivery, and installation of structural steel canopies, throwscreens, associated architectural elements, and all related civil, structural, and finishing works required for a complete and operational solution. Contractors will be required to demonstrate experience working within constrained rail corridors and live transport environments, with a strong focus on safety, stakeholder coordination, programme management, and minimising disruption to rail operations and passengers.
