This RFQ relates to the procurement of Wayfinding signage to be installed in the Waitemata train station. The key outcomes that we want to achieve are a complete updated wayfinding experience for customers and station users.

Our timeframes are approximately 6 months. The upgrade should be completed before the new train network opens later this year, but the bulk of the work should be completed before June 30, 2026.

We estimate there will be approximately 178 signs in total. Most of these are replacing existing signs.

Our requirements must be delivered to/provided at Waitemata Train Station on or before 30 June 2026.
