Auckland Transport (AT) is seeking a supplier to undertake the construction of Stage 1 of the Rosedale Bus Station and Corridor project.

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first step of a two-step procurement process. In this ROI, Auckland Transport wish to identify three suppliers who will proceed to Step 2 – Request for Tender (RFT). The RFT step will determine the preferred supplier for the project.

We require registration from established companies that can demonstrate successful delivery of projects similar to this, which include building and civil construction. As experts in the field, this is your chance to help achieve and be part of making Auckland the world’s most liveable city.

This ROI relates to the procurement of a supplier to undertake the construction of Stage 1 of the Rosedale Bus Station and Corridor project.
The scope of works includes the construction of:
• Rosedale Bus Station building and the associated building services.
• Retaining walls.
• Pavements, footpaths, and cycleways.
• Utilities infrastructure, such as stormwater, water and wastewater, power.
• Lighting.
