Auckland Transport (AT) seeks proposals from qualified technology vendors to deliver a comprehensive parking management solution for five off-street carpark buildings. The solution must integrate seamlessly with AT Park app and enhance the customer experience through innovative features and reliable service.

The chosen vendor must provide an integrated parking management solution that includes the following core components and responsibilities:
a) Core Solution Requirements (Intercom System, Hardware &Software, Enterprise Integration)
b) Support & Maintenance (Technical Support, On-going Maintenance)
c) Security, Privacy and Compliance (NZ Privacy Act, AT retention policies, AT security requirements)
d) Payment and Financials (PCI DSS, warranty details of hardware and software, total cost of ownership, asset lifecycle management)
e) Project Delivery (Timeline, key milestone, transition plan)
