RFP Briefing Session
Auckland Transport (AT) is aiming to publish the above RFP this week.
A 90-minutes online RFP briefing session will be offered via MS Teams to all interested “Participants” (individual Participants including Subconsultants, or Consortia members) intending to provide a Proposal. The meeting purpose is to assist the Participants to fully understand AT’s project/contract requirements, RFP submission requirements (price or non-price related), and minimise tags and assumptions.
Participants can clarify any aspects of the RFP, ask any questions with regards to the RFP or discuss any intended approaches for the provision of design services in accordance with the RFP, contract and specifications. Following this RFP briefing session, participants can also choose to ask questions via GETS once the RFP is published.
