Auckland Transport's (AT) landscape of business analysis is rapidly changing, driven by new technology projects and the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives. These advancements necessitate a nimble and adaptable approach to business analysis to ensure that organisations can fully leverage the potential of these innovations.
The evolving needs of business analysis in the context of new technology projects and AI initiatives require a proactive and flexible approach. By adopting a partnership model with panel members under an SOW framework, we can enhance our capacity to deliver high-quality business analysis services efficiently and effectively. This plan positions us to stay ahead of the curve and capitalise on the opportunities presented by technological advancements.
We are looking at selecting 3 panellists to enable us to award opportunities in an agile manner to meet business needs and timescales.
