Overview

Auckland Transport is initiating the Registration of Interest (ROI) as the initial stage of a two-step procurement process. This ROI concerns the provision of the following Technology related support services for the major rail stations – Britomart (Waitematā), Te Waihorotiu (Aotea), Karanga-a-Hape (Karangahape), and Maungawhau (Mt Eden):

1. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
2. Reactive (On-Call Break-Fix) Support
3. Critical Spares
4. Annual Emergency Mode Testing for BWOF compliance

We seek expertise in technologies related to the intelligent management, building control and communication technology and systems implemented at the mentioned stations. The scope of the technologies includes but is not limited to:

Intelligent building management and Control Systems including but not limited to: 

1) Building Management System (BMS), including but not limited to,  
-Environmental Control System (ECS) 
-Control and Monitoring of Mechanical Systems  
-Monitoring of the Fire System 
-Monitoring of Hydraulics System  
-Monitoring of Vertical Transportation System  

2) Electrical Management System (EMS), including but not limited to, 
-HV/LV Distribution  
-Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) & associated Battery monitoring system  
-Power Meters

3) Lighting Control System (LCS), including but not limited to, 
-Emergency Lighting 
-Exit Lighting  
-Interior and exterior lighting

4) Fire Alarm System including Gas Suppression System  

5) Access Control systems including 
-Gallagher Access Control and Intruder Detection (ACID) 

6) CCTV Systems including 
-Milestone CCTV Solutions  

7) Network Switching and Wireless Solutions including 
-Aruba Switching and Wireless Networks  
-Public Help points  
-Avaya Telephony Services 

8) Passenger information displays  
-View TV Passenger Information Displays 

9) Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems  
-Honeywell Variodyn or Bosch Public Address and Voice Alarm Systems
