This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first stage of two stage procurement process, where Auckland Transport (AT) wish to identify two suppliers to be shortlisted for an agile Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

This ROI relates to two separate projects, namely:
1- Manurewa Cycle Connection; and
2 - New Lynn Focus Area. Both funded by the Climate Action Targeted Rate (CATR).

Both projects are to be progressed through the business casing stage, initially focusing on the optioneering and option selection process, building on the previous work / information contained in the Auckland Cycling and Micromobility Programme Business Case (CAM-PBC).

Subject to performance, funding and necessary governance through gateway reviews, there is likely to be an opportunity to progress both projects into the detailed design stage under this procurement process (suppliers will need to have access to design skills and experience).
