Overview
There will be a common scope for All Trades and 3 Trade Specific Scopes for each of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Maintenance Services. These facilities management services are to be administered together whether supplied as integrated FM, or a FM consortium or joint venture.
These services are further divided between Scheduled and Routine Maintenance (as a Fixed Cost service), and Responsive Maintenance, Repairs, and Minor Renewals (as Variable Cost at contracted rates) with all Maintenance contracted across the whole Portfolio together.
