Auckland Transport (AT) owns and manages Devonport Wharf, 1 Queens Parade, Devonport.
Units 5 & 7 are currently vacant.
In order to optimise the retail tenancy leasing, AT will secure new tenants via an Expression of Interest (EOI) procurement process on the open market.
The desired service offering for the tenancy(s) is to be catered towards local commuters, tourists and AT customers using the Devonport Wharf ferry terminal. The tenants will be required to meet all costs with regulatory consenting activity to meet relevant requirements. The tenants will also be responsible for obtaining any consents that apply for their particular service offering and tenancy fit out.
