Auckland Council Group (ACG) - Auckland Transport (AT), Auckland Council (AC) and Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, led by AT, is undertaking a group sourcing activity to source supply and transportation of cash handling services to minimise duplication, maximise value and reduce cost by procuring together in accordance with Auckland Council ‘s Group Policy.
The objectives of this procurement are:
• To obtain value for money for Auckland citizens, ratepayers and our customers
• To align service levels and ensure optimal service level delivery with consistency of performance and quality across Auckland Transport’s facilities
• To implement best practice industry standards
• To align with Auckland Council Group’s strategic objectives and plans
• To complete a fair, transparent and competitive procurement process
• Implement standard terms and conditions and performance measures for the provision of cash handling, supply and transport for Auckland Council Group.
• To work in partnership with the successful supplier/s for a productive working relationship and a successful outcome.
What we need
Auckland Council Group is seeking a supply and transportation cash handling service supplier to provide a secure cash collection service from various Auckland Council Group sites in an effective, safe and sustainable way.
