Overview

Transport Structures – Asset Management Professional Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified consultants (or consortium) to submit a proposal for the Transport Structures – Asset Management Professional Services Contract(s) – Central and South OR North and West contract areas. Alternative contract structures may also be considered. This RFP is a single-stage procurement process.

This procurement relates to the delivery of professional services to inspect transport structures for AT Asset Management Services. AT wishes to procure professional services to engage a suitably qualified consultant(s) (or consortium) to undertake condition inspections and prepare forward works programmes and project feasibility reports of its Roading Structures. The contracts will be managed by the AT Asset Management Team.
- Since 2017 these services have been delivered via two contracts covering the North & West and South & Central regions focusing on asset condition inspections, reporting, preparation of the Forward Works Programme and ad hoc tasks.
- AT is looking for a collaborative and proactive team who, working with AT and other Professional Services consultants, will make a significant difference to the way our roading network condition is measured, analysed and maintained.
- AT will execute refreshed contract forms enabling the business to improve asset management practices and discipline by exploiting improved systems, processes, capability, and technology.
- The initial term will be five years with the option of an additional five-year period to a maximum of ten years.
