Purpose
The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity for the Supply of Cameras for use in a CCTV Environment.
This Advance Notice broadly indicates the scope and indicative timeline of the procurement. Depending on final approvals, it is anticipated the RFP for this opportunity will be issued on Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) in early December 2021.
Background
Auckland Transport (AT) has a range of Cameras installed across the transport network supporting in service delivery and safety objectives.
The installation, maintenance and renewal of these Cameras is currently managed under the Field Device Maintenance contracts.
Request for Proposal
The RFP will be a one stage process, publicly advertised and will seek offers from suppliers for the supply of various Specifications of Cameras for use in the AT CCTV environment.
