Overview
To assist with rejuvenating the ARDP, AT and KiwiRail are now seeking assistance from a Consultant to develop a PBC which is consistent with Waka Kotahi’s Business Case Approach (BCA while recognising AT’s business case requirements).
In parallel with the PBC, a Route Utilisation Strategy (RUS), also known as a Long Term Planning Process (LTPP), is also required to be developed by the Consultant.
