AT is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential operators for a retail tenancy at Puhinui Station Interchange.
We would like proposals from experienced retail operators who can offer a high-quality service and appropriate product offering that meets the needs of AT’s customers.
Any real estate agencies seeking to represent potential tenants through the EOI process may participate through a general agency on the terms set out in Attachment 5.
Location
The Puhinui Station Interchange is set to become one of Auckland’s most important transport interchanges, allowing for frequent, simple and reliable congestion free connections to the airport and other key centres. Expected completion is mid-2021.
We are inviting EOI applications for an internal 18.7 sqm space (Unit 1) within the Puhinui Station Interchange. The successful operator will be focused on delivering a high-quality offering catered towards the commuter market as well as local customers using the station interchange facility.
