Overview

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first step of a two-step procurement process. In this ROI Auckland Transport (AT) wish to identify up to 4 (four) suppliers who will be shortlisted for the Stage 2 – Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
The primary reason for this procurement activity is to select a technology partner to assist AT with the digitisation of our procurement lifecycle processes from Plan through to Source and Manage.

At this stage AT is limiting the scope to a Contract Management module to implement first. This module is seen as delivering immediate benefits once implemented and also key to enhancing AT’s contract compliance.

eProcurement suites are often deployed by business looking to:

• Improve spend visibility
• Automate their sourcing process to reduce sourcing cycle time
• Create a centralised repository for contracts and enhance compliance to contract terms
• Reduce risks from lagging supplier performance
• Identify and execute opportunities for value enhancement in contracting and delivery
