This Request for Tender (RFP) seeks to procure a lead contractor to fabricate and install the pontoons and gangways for the southern berth at Matiatia Ferry Terminal on Waiheke Island.
Matiatia Main Wharf is the primary port for visitors arriving and departing Waiheke and is the second busiest terminal in Auckland’s Ferry Network, with services running every 30 minutes. This project will provide the opportunity for the successful supplier to complete a range of tasks or collaborate in order to replace a significant piece of infrastructure in an Auckland busy, operational marine hub.
