Overview

Auckland Transport (AT) has a range of technology field devices installed across the transport network. The maintenance, renewal and installation of these devices will be managed under the Field Device Maintenance, Renewal and Capital Works contracts.
The purpose of the contracts is to provide:
1. Ongoing programmed preventative maintenance
2. Reactive maintenance and renewal services, including the supply of component parts, to ensure that AT`s field devices are maintained and working to the standard required by AT
3. Capital works services for installation of new devices and additional services not covered by maintenance and renewals
The contracts will ensure AT’s technology field devices that operate across the transport network function reliably and safely to deliver AT’s operational and customer experience outcomes. The total approximate number of devices is 12,500.
This Request for Tender (RFT) invites suitably qualified Suppliers to submit a tender response for 5 available contracts;
1. On-Bus devices
2. Rail corridor
3. Regional contracts (each region will be awarded as a separate contract):
a. Central
b. North and West
c. South
