Auckland Transport (AT) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential operators for a retail kiosk opportunity at Hibiscus Coast Station. We would like proposals from experienced retail operators who can offer a high-quality service and appropriate product offering that meets the needs of AT’s customers. AT will provide the retail kiosk, connected to services, ready for tenant internal fit out.
Hibiscus Coast Station and Park and Ride forms part of the Northern Busway. The station building is currently under construction and it is expected to be complete by December 2020.
The retail kiosk will be located inside the newly built terminal. Operators will be able to offer their services to around 650 passengers during peak times.
AT will provide a purpose-built retail kiosk shell ready for the successful operator to complete internal fit out.
EOI applications close: 4pm on 30 September 2020
