Overview
AT is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential operators for two Kiosk tenancy opportunities.
Auckland Transport owns and manages two heritage Kiosks, located at 109-111 (Eastern Kiosk) and 117 Quay Street (Western Kiosk).
AT is working to restore the Kiosks according to heritage standards ready for leasing and tenant fit-out.
The Kiosks are located within an area that is to be transformed into new public space opening up access to the waterfront (Attachment 1).
