Overview
This is a Registration of Interest (ROI) for a panellist position for the Property Acquisition Professional Services Panel workstreams, via a framework agreement.
The Auckland Transport (AT) Property and Planning team is responsible for the acquisition programme and securing the necessary interests in land to enable the delivery of Auckland regional transport projects (with the exception of State Highways).
Over the next five years the Property Acquisition Team has a large land acquisition programme. To assist in the process of acquisition, AT requires panellists for the following panel workstreams:
• Property Negotiation Consultancy
• Property Valuation Services
• Cadastral Surveying Services
