The Auckland Transport (AT) Communications team is responsible for providing consultation and communications services across AT including stakeholder management, specialising in capital infrastructure as well as network management and improvement projects.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the procurement and delivery of a Panel of Suppliers for External Communications Services.
Establishment of a panel of suppliers will provide for the appointment of two full-service agencies to offer the best combination of skills and experience required to deliver the relevant programme of work. This will allow AT to benefit from a streamlined engagement process, improved accountability and a competitive supplier environment. Additionally, through this approach, the AT Communications team will gather all internal requirements and determine whether the work can be done internally or via the panel.
