Overview
This procurement is for the provision of cleaning and hygiene services for public transport (PT) facilities and car parks including:
• train stations including Britomart
• bus interchanges
• ferry terminals
• toilets located in the road corridor (Exeloos)
• Offices and/or Portacoms, where located in a PT or parking facility
• car parking facilities
Not in scope:
• Corporate Accommodation such as 20 Viaduct Avenue, Albany Offices, HSBC Building etc
• Bus Shelters (including Adshel shelters) located in the road corridor
There will be provision for (where applicable):
• emergency response and events related cleaning
• specialised cleaning
• pest control
• plant hire and upkeep
• graffiti removal
• water blasting
