This Advance Notice is for the anticipated construction of the Hibiscus Coast Bus Station at the existing Hibiscus Coast Park and Ride carpark adjacent to Small Rd and Painton Rd, Silverdale.

The Hibiscus Coast Bus Station is a key point in the development of the Northern Area Service Network for Auckland Transport and must be in operation in 2018.
It is therefore paramount that timely procurement and construction is achieved.

Release of the single-stage RFT is anticipated for late January to early Febuary 2018.
The procurement model will be LPC with Prequalification criteria.
