This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the construction of new shared paths and additional works in Eden Terrace along Virginia Avenue through Suffolk Park Reserve and Ian McKinnon Drive to the Upper Queen Street intersection. Additional works include street lighting upgrades, drainage upgrades and retaining walls construction. The scope of Works of this Contract is set out in the Specific Clauses. Unless otherwise specified it shall include the supply of all labour, plant and materials for the construction of the Contract Works.
The scope of this contract is outlined below:
(a) Implement the physical works required for Ian McKinnon Drive Cycle Way Construction which includes:
• Construction of concrete shared path from
• Construction of palisade timber retaining walls and Fence Installation.
• Changes to the existing signals and road markings at Ian McKinnon St./Upper Queen St. Intersection
• Reconstruction of footpath, pram crossing, tactile pavement and signalisation for pedestrian and cyclist at the southern side of Canada St./Upper Queen St. Intersection as Separable portion
• Construction of Stormwater Improvement
• Krebs and Channels
• Street lightings
• Road signs
• Road markings
