Overview
AT currently has three short term maintenance contracts for Rail, Carparks and Bus each with a separate supplier. This RFP will consolidate those three contracts into a single contract and provide availability to AT Facilities for a formal response maintenance contract (Current contracts are currently varied in order to achieve response maintenance)
The new contract will provide access for all facilities related units (Rail stations, bus stations and transport interchanges, ferry terminals, customer services and carparks) to obtain all types of maintenance services.
It is anticipated there will be efficiencies delivered through performance improvement, consistency of service and reduced administration costs for AT.
