This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for Auckland Transport (AT). The aim of this process is to seek and obtain information from organisations about the potential supply of Professional Services for the role of Principal’s Advisor in a design and construct (D&C) contract for the planned Albany Gills Road Link project. AT is seeking to award a design and construction contract by end April 2018.
The scope of a potential Principal’s Advisor professional services contract includes the following:
i. Produce reference / specimen design;
ii. Seek input from stakeholders and incorporate the condition of designation in the specimen design;
iii. Produce Principal’s Requirements for the procurement of design and construct (D&C) contract;
iv. Produce application / documentation and seek approval of all RMA statutory consents;
v. Produce tender documentation for procurement of D&C contract, and
vi. Assist AT in D&C tender evaluation and contract award.
NOTE: The scope does not include Principal’s Advisor professional services assistance during construction phase.
Interested parties will be required to provide a statement that confirms whether or not the company has the relevant capability to perform a Principal’s Advisor role on a D&C project of >$20M value.
