This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified participants to submit a proposal for the provision of Technical Facilities Maintenance Services at AT Parking and Public Transport Facilities detailed in the Portfolio Schedule.
The Maintenance Services, at AT’s sole discretion, may be contracted either separately or jointly for Scheduled and Responsive Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC, and Plumbing of the Assets List detailed in the Asset List Schedule.
The Proposal invites submissions with Fixed Cost per Facility for all Scheduled Maintenance, and certain Routine maintenance works, and a Schedule of Rates for Variable Cost for Responsive Maintenance, Repairs, Renewals and specific strategic Upgrades.
This RFP is a single-stage procurement process.
