Overview

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified participants to submit a proposal for the 2016 Regional dTIMS Analysis. This RFP is a single-stage procurement process; the tenderer must hold a current dTIMS platform license to undertake this work.

This procurement relates to the analysis of AT’s pavement network using the dTIMS predictive modelling tool.

Previously these services have been provided within the Road Management Professional Services contracts and for the last two years, through a negotiated contract. Going forward we wish to procure this service through competitive tender.
New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) requires evidence based submissions including performance prediction modelling that supports justification for funding the forward works programmes. The analysis must be rigorous, using reliable data and deterioration models that are customised to suit local conditions.

This contract shall provide the annual analysis of the AT road pavements using the Predictive Modelling dTIMS Pavement Performance Modelling as developed for New Zealand under the RIMS Group NZ dTIMS project (applicable for pavements only) to prepare a draft 10 year forward works programme for road pavements.
